摘要:
铥（Tm）激光是一种新型的医用激光技术，波长范围为1.75~2.22 μm。2004 年1 月铥激光被美国食品药品监督管理局（FDA）批准用于临床，于2005 年获准进入中国市场。铥激光技术具有操作简单、损伤小、止血快、精度高等优点，近些年来在泌尿外科中得到快速发展和广泛应用。经尿道前列腺铥激光切除术，安全高效，手术方式易学习，操作者易上手，学习周期较短，并且手术费用较低，因此有着广阔的应用前景。本文介绍了铥激光的作用原理及优点，回顾了近些年铥激光在良性前列腺增生症（BPH）治疗领域的应用，分析了铥激光将来在BPH 治疗中的发展方向及应用前景。
