摘要:
经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)作为前列腺增生(BPH)发生临床进展后主要的治疗手段已持续多年,并被公认为金标准术式。但随着现代科技的飞速发展,多种激光技术先后被应用于BPH的手术治疗。钬激光前列腺剜除术(HoLEP)是目前国内外应用及研究最多的术式,而新一代铥激光的临床应用,使得BPH 的治疗手段更加先进和完善。随着光学及制造业的不断进步,激光手术治疗BPH将有望取代传统的开放手术及TURP。
