摘要:
目的探讨静脉尿路造影前肠道准备的必要性。方法重庆医科大学附属永川医院自 2013年 1月至 2013年 12月入选了 120例大便习惯正常的患者和 40例慢性便秘的患者，分别随机分成两组：肠道准备组（ A组）检测前接受聚乙二醇肠道准备及禁食、禁饮，正常饮食组（ B组）检查前正常饮食且不接受肠道准备，比较两组造影片的图片质量。结果大便习惯正常组患者中 A、B组的造影片质量评分分别为（ 12.4±2.1）和（ 12.0±1.9），差异无统计学意义（ P>0.05），慢性便秘患者 A、B组造影片质量评分分别为（ 11.7±3.7）和（ 8.3±2.1），差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论大便习惯正常患者术前肠道准备在静脉尿路造影中是不必要的，但肠道准备可以明显提高慢性便秘患者造影片的图片质量。
