摘要:
目的 评价猪模型在住院医师输尿管镜技术培训中的应用效果。方法 雌性猪 4只,全身麻醉后由 8名住院医师进行输尿管镜及输尿管支架管置入术。结果 输尿管镜检查均顺利,每人重复操作 3次,平均检查时间为( 7.5±1.4)min,所有支架管均成功留置,平均留置时间( 4.5±1.3)min。无输尿管穿孔、剥脱等并发症。所有实验猪均正常苏醒,术后 8h正常进食,3例出现轻度血尿。术后 2d观察实验猪活动正常,进食及排便均正常,血尿消失。结论 猪模型是输尿管镜技术较好的培训模型,接近真实手术,值得推广。
