摘要:
目的 比较单镜逆行入路与双镜联合治疗肾盂输尿管连接部狭窄（ UPJO）的疗效。方法 84例单侧伴肾积水的肾盂输尿管连接部狭窄，38例经尿道逆行置镜（单镜组），46例通过肾造瘘通道和尿道顺、逆行两个方向分别置镜（双镜组），统计学分析 2组的手术成功率、并发症。结果 手术成功率单镜组 73.7%（28/38）明显低于双镜组 93.5%（43/46）（χ2=6.23，P<0.05），手术时间单镜组（ 36.3±8.3）min与双镜组（ 31.5±7.6）min无统计学差异（ t=0.667，P>0.5），术后高热（ T>38.5℃）发生率单镜组 7.9%（3/38）与双镜组 8.7%（4/46）无统计学差异（ χ2=0.088，P=0.990）。结论 双镜联合治疗肾盂输尿管连接部狭窄较单镜逆行入路更有优势，疗效可靠。
