摘要:
目的建立犬的不稳定膀胱动物模型,观察其尿流动力学的变化。方法健康雌性比格犬 10只全麻下行膀胱颈口环扎术,手术 3个月后行尿动力学检测,分析术前及术后相关尿动力值的变化。结果 10只比格犬中有 8只成功建立逼尿肌不稳定膀胱模型,术后 3个月后测逼尿肌压力、最大膀胱容量、膀胱最大顺应性、尿道压力与术前相比差异明显( P<0.05)。结论模型成功建立为研究治疗膀胱过度活动症奠定一定基础,为进行大型动物造模提供了理论基础及技术指导,为今后开展人类微创手术治疗膀胱过度活动症提供理论操作平台。
