摘要:
目的探讨后腹腔镜输尿管成形术治疗腔静脉后输尿管的临床可行性及安全性。方法回顾性分析 2012年 6月至 2014年 6月收治的 5例行后腹腔镜输尿管成形术治疗的腔静脉后输尿管患者，年龄 17~53岁，中位年龄 33岁，经术前 CT或 MRI等影像学检查确诊。结果 5例手术均成功完成，术中探查输尿管均无明显狭窄，予保留受压段输尿管，行输尿管端端吻合术，手术顺利，无中转开放，手术时间为 65~125 min，术中出血 10~50 ml，术中术后无明显并发症，术后住院时间为 4~8 d。随访 3个月至 2年，5例患者均无吻合口狭窄，输尿管梗阻明显改善。结论后腹腔镜输尿管成形术是治疗腔静脉后输尿管的一种安全有效的方法。
