摘要:
目的 探讨腹腔镜下完全腹膜外途径一期行睾丸下降固定及疝修补术治疗非腹腔型隐睾伴腹股沟斜疝的可行性。方法运用腹腔镜下完全腹膜外途径一期行隐睾下降固定及疝修补术治疗非腹腔型隐睾合并斜疝的患者，观察手术时间、睾丸下降情况、并发症等并总结初步的临床经验。结果 2012 年6 月至2015 年12 月期间我院共5 例患者，儿童2 例，成人3 例，均为非腹腔型隐睾合并腹股沟斜疝，其中1 例成人为双侧。5 例患者均顺利完成手术，手术时间平均108 min，术中平均出血量约25.8 ml。随访5～25 个月（平均16 个月），术后无切口感染、睾丸萎缩或回缩、腹股沟斜疝复发、粘连性肠梗阻及脐疝。结论 腹腔镜下完全腹膜外途径一期行隐睾下降固定及疝修补术治疗非腹腔型隐睾合并斜疝是可行的、安全的。
