摘要:
目的 探讨自制针形电极内切开联合改良尿道扩张器治疗严重尿道狭窄的技术可行性和疗效.方法 回顾性分析我院2003 年1 月至2009 年2 月应用自制针形电极内切开联合改良尿道扩张器治疗33例严重尿道狭窄患者的临床资料.年龄15～73 岁,平均48 岁,尿道狭窄长度1.0～1.5 cm,狭窄处仅能通过2～5F 导丝.结果 33例患者一次性手术成功,无严重出血、尿瘘、尿失禁等并发症发生.术后定期行尿道扩张,33例患者均获得随访,随访5～12 个月,所有患者排尿均通畅.结论 应用自制针形电极内切开联合自制尿道扩张器治疗非长段严重尿道狭窄技术可行,操作简单,安全有效,值得在基层医院推广应用.
