摘要:
目的 探讨腺性膀胱炎的临床特点及诊治体会.方法 对我院2001 年3 月至2008 年2 月收治15例腺性膀胱炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析.男5例,女10例,年龄35～63 岁,平均52 岁,病程1～24 个月.反复尿急尿频12例,间歇性肉眼血尿3例.均行经尿道腺性膀胱炎电切术,术后24 小时内即用丝裂霉素(MMC)行膀胱内灌注,以后每周一次,持续6 次.每3 个月复查膀胱镜,持续1 年.结果 所有手术均成功,手术时间平均20 min,术中无严重出血和膀胱穿孔等并发症发生.随访6-12 月,症状消失11例,症状好转3例,总有效率93.3%(14/15).结论 经尿道电切联合术后丝裂霉素膀胱内灌注是治疗腺性膀胱炎的有效方法.
