摘要:
目的探讨微通道后腹腔镜治疗肾囊肿的可行性、安全性和治疗效果。方法回顾性分析了 40例单纯性肾囊肿患者病例资料，有微通道组（ SRT）和标准通道组（ SMART），每组 20例，微通道组采用 5 mm、5 mm和 3 mm三个通道，标准通道组采用 10 mm、10 mm和 5 mm三通道，比较两组术前和术中的临床资料、并发症以及疤痕评分系统（ POSAS）评分。结果所有患者均顺利完成手术，微通道组和标准通道组患者在年龄、性别、囊肿大小、体质量指数（ BMI）方面差异无统计学意义，手术时间 SMART组短于 SRT组（[ 46.3±35.1）min vs（62.5±25.6）min，P>0.05]，但是差异无统计学意义， POSAS评分则 SMART组显著少于 SRT组（[ 32.8±8.2）vs（57.8±10.3），P<0.05）]，SMART组有 1例患者术后出现肺炎，SRT组有 1例患者术后出现伤口脂肪液化，均经治疗后好转。结论采用微通道后腹腔镜治疗肾囊肿是可行和安全的，其治疗效果和标准通道相当，具有较好的美容效果。
