摘要:
目的 对比分析末端可弯输尿管镜(孙氏镜)与输尿管硬镜在治疗腰3-4(L3-L4)水平输尿管上段结石中的优势与缺陷。方法 回顾性分析2014 年1 月至2016 年10 月在惠州仲恺高新区人民医院接受治疗的L3-L4 水平输尿管上段单发结石患者96 例,观察组和对照组各48 例,观察组采用孙氏镜治疗,对照组采用输尿管硬镜碎石,比较两种治疗方式在手术时间、一期结石清除率、手术并发症、术后住院时间及住院总费用情况。结果 观察组在一期结石清除率方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后住院时间及住院总费用观察组少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但在手术时间上观察组高于对照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而在手术并发症方面,两组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 孙氏镜治疗输尿管上段结石具有可靠性、安全性高、并发症少的优势,可作为输尿管上段结石治疗的另一种可靠方法。
