摘要:
目的探讨机器人辅助腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术（ RARP）的初步应用。方法回顾分析 2014年 9月至 2015年 2月，经腹途径机器人（达芬奇外科手术系统）辅助腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术 51例患者的临床资料。结果 51例手术均获成功，无机械故障或出血等因素导致术式改变。完成手术时间 115~330 min，平均（ 162±21）min；术中出血量 120~600 ml，平均（ 174±32）ml，1例术后输血 400 ml；术后肠道通气嘱进食时间 2~3 d，平均（ 2±1）d；术后住院日 5~11 d，平均（ 7±2）d；术后拔除导尿管时间 7~21 d，平均（ 10±3）d。结论 RARP利于术者掌控及把握，具有创伤小、出血少、清扫淋巴结彻底、术后恢复快等优势，是治疗前列腺癌安全、有效和可靠的方法。
