摘要:
目的探讨输尿管软镜与微创经皮肾镜治疗多囊肾合并肾结石的疗效比较。方法回顾性分析 2011年 1月至 2014年 12月广州医科大学附属第五医院收治的多囊肾合并肾结石患者总计 26例，其中 15例患者使用微创经皮肾镜碎石术治疗，11例患者行输尿管软镜碎石术治疗，对比两组患者的治疗结果。结果输尿管软镜组平均手术时间要稍长于微创经皮肾组，但平均血红蛋白损失、输血率和平均住院时间等方面，均优于微创经皮肾组，差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。两组一期术后结石取净率方面，微创经皮肾组要明显高于输尿管软镜组（ P<0.05），但术后 1个月结石取净率则两组相当。并发症发生率（出血、发热等）经皮肾手术组较高，总并发症发生率两组比较差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。两组均无脓毒血症、周围脏器损伤等严重并发症。结论输尿管软镜和微创经皮肾镜治疗多囊肾合并肾结石都是安全、有效的，输尿管软镜出血和术后感染等并发症发生率较低，临床上有重要应用价值，值得推荐。
