摘要:
目的 比较经尿道等离子电切术（PKRP）和经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）治疗前列腺增生（BPH）的临床疗效和安全性。方法 回顾性分析2014 年3 月至2015 年5 月于青岛市第三人民医院行手术治疗的前列腺增生患者84 例分为两组，每组各42 例，分别应用 PKRP 和TURP进行治疗。观察比较两种术式的手术指标和生活质量评分（QOL）、最大尿流率（Qmax）、膀胱残余尿（RUV）以及国际前列腺症状评分（IPSS）的差异。结果 与TURP 比较，平均手术时间、平均出血量及留置导管时间明显减少，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），但冲洗时间和术后住院时间两组间差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；两种术式术后QOL、Qmax、RUV、IPSS 等指标与术前比较均明显改善（P<0.01），但两种术式间比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；PKRP 并发症发生率与TURP 比较明显减少，有统计学意义（χ2=4.46，P<0.05）。结论 PKRP 术式临床疗效和安全性好于TURP，并发症发生率低，是较为理想的治疗BPH 的手术方式，值得临床应用和推广。
