摘要:
目的 总结输尿管镜下国产钬激光碎石取石术治疗输尿管结石的临床经验.方法 应用Wolf 8.0 / 9.8F硬性输尿管镜,国产30 W钬激光碎石机治疗124例输尿管结石患者，输尿管中下段结石87例,上段结石37例.结果 124例输尿管结石,108例1次碎石成功,16例失败,单次碎石成功率87%(108/124);其中,中下段结石单次碎石成功率为95%(83/87),上段结石67.5%(25/37),术中无输尿管穿孔、撕裂等并发症.结论 输尿管镜下国产钬激光碎石取石术治疗输尿管结石是安全、有效的方法 ,特别适合在中小医院使用.
