摘要:
目的 总结51例微创经皮肾镜碎石术(MPCNL)治疗肾及输尿管上段结石的经验.方法 采用超声定位MPCNL治疗肾及输尿管结石51例,男27例,女24例,平均49岁.23例患者曾行体外碎石.肾结石42例,输尿管上段结石9例,不同程度肾盂分离23例.在超声引导下建立16～18F经皮肾通道,F8/9.8短式输尿管镜监视下采用气压弹道碎石取石.结果 经单通道取石50例,双通道取石1例,一次取石33例,二次11例,3次4例,3次以上3例.结石总排净率92%,手术时间55～310min,平均150min,无输血,严重感染,失肾等严重并发症.结论 微创经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术是治疗肾或输尿管上段结石的安全有效的方法之一,值得推广应用.
