摘要:
目的 对比使用经皮肾Amplatz 扩张器与新型球囊扩张导管在无积水肾建立经皮肾通道的成功率及并发症情况,评价新型球囊扩张导管的实用性及安全性.方法 总结分析14例经皮肾镜碎石取石术治疗无积水肾肾结石病例,其中6例采用新型球囊扩张导管扩张建立经皮肾通道,8例采用Amplatz 扩张器建立经皮肾通道.结果 新型球囊扩张导管建立经皮肾通道均一次成功,使用Amplatz 扩张器有2例未能一次扩张成功,一次扩张成功率为75%.新型球囊扩张导管及Amplatz 扩张器建立经皮肾通道的手术时间分别为15±8min 和28±12min 及手术前后血红蛋白浓度变化分别为1.5±1.2g/L 和2.6±1.8g/L,前者均优于后者.结论 新型球囊扩张导管在无积水肾肾结石经皮肾镜取石术的通道建立中优于Amplatz 扩张器.
