摘要:
目的 探讨经尿道双极等离子电切(PKRP)治疗前列腺增生的临床效果和并发症.方法 回顾2008年以来在本院接受经尿道双极等离子电切治疗的122例前列腺增生患者的资料,从前列腺体积、手术时间、术中出血、IPSS的改变及术后并发症等方面进行分析.结果 前列腺平均体积54.6(30.7～87.3)ml,手术时间平均106(30～255)min,术中出血平均71(2～300)ml,无电切综合征发生.术后3～7 d拔除导尿管,随访3～18个月,IPSS由术前的18.9降至术后3个月时的7.1,泌尿系感染(7例,5.7%)和尿道狭窄(4例,3.3%)是术后最常见的并发症.结论 PKRP治疗前列腺增生安全、效果好、并发症少.
