目的 对云浮地区肾结石患者 β-2微球蛋白(β2-MG)与血清胱抑素C(Cys-C)水平变化进行分析研究,探讨其检测结果在云浮地区肾结石诊疗中的临床应用价值。方法 以 2016年1月至 2017年 8月期间我院收治的 200例肾结石患者为研究对象(研究组),根据肾结石分级分为A(Ⅰ级, n=45)、B(Ⅱ级, n=70)、C(Ⅲ级, n=36)、D(Ⅳ级, n=49)四组,抽取同期健康体检者200例(对照组),检测所有研究对象外周血清中 β2-MG、Cys-C、肌酐(Cr)水平,进行统计学分析。结果 研究组血清 β2-MG、CYS-C、Cr明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清 β2-MG、CYS-C在不同肾结石分级患者中的阳性检出率均在 70.0%以上,明显高于 Cr,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。β2-MG、CYS-C、Cr间呈正相关(P<0.05)结论 β2-MG、Cys-C可作为本地区肾结石患者早期肾损伤的实验室重要诊断指标,对指导肾结石诊治具有重要意义。
Objective To study relevancy of β2 microglobulin (β2-MG) and cystatin C (Cys-C) in patients with renal calculi in Yunfu area and investigate their clinical value in the diagnosis and treatment of renal calculi. Methods Two hundred patients with kidney stones treated in our hospital from January 2016 to August 2017 were chosen as the research objects (Study Group), which were divided into group A (Ⅰ, n=45), group B (2, n=70), group C (III, n=36), group D (IV, n=49) based on the classification of renal calculi. Two hurdred cases of healthy subjects were selected as control group. Serum β2-MG, Cys-C and Crtinine (Cr) levels of all study subjects were collected and analyzed. Results Serum β2-MG, Cys-C and Cr in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the positive rate of serum β2-MG, Cys-C in patients with different grade of renal calculi was more than 70.0%, significantly higher than Cr (P<0.05). Serum β2-MG, Cys-C, Cr were all positively correlated (P<0.05). Conclusion Serum β2-MG, Cys-C can be used as important laboratory diagnostic indexes for early renal injury in patients with renal calculi in this area and play important roles in the diagnosis and treatment of renal calculi.
