摘要:
目的 评估经皮肾镜手术时间对机体氧化应激水平的影响。方法 从我院 2011年 1月至 2012年 12月间单侧肾结石采取单通道经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术( PCNL)的患者中选取 36例为研究对象。检测患者术前 24 h、术后 1 d BUN、Scr、Hb、血 WBC及 24 h尿皮质醇水平;分别于术前 24 h、术中 60 min、90 min、120 min检测氧化应激指标水平( TAC、ROS、SOD、MDA)。结果术后患者血 BUN、Scr水平与术前相比没有统计学差异( P>0.05),平均血 WBC和 24 h尿皮质醇含量较术前均显著性增高(P<0.05),Hb水平较术前显著性降低( P<0.05)。随着手术时间的增加,所有的氧化应激指数均发生显著性改变( P<0.001)。结论 PCNL术手术时间超过 90 min时,体内氧化应激水平有增高趋势。
