摘要:
目的 评估经皮肾镜取石术（ PCNL）在处理存在开放肾切开取石病史的患者中的有效性和安全性。方法 回顾性分析我院于 2007年 5月至 2013年 11月行 PCNL术的患者 112例，其中 56例既往存在开放肾切开取石术病史的患者作为研究组，与未行开放手术的患者 56例作为对照组，分析手术时间、术中失血量、一期结石清除率、术后并发症发生率、术后住院天数等的差异。结果 研究组平均手术时间为（ 123±22）min，对照组则为（ 117±19）min；一期结石清除率分别为 92.8%与 94.6%；平均术后住院天数分别为（ 8±1）d与（ 7±1）d；术后并发症发生率分比为 5.4%与 3.5%。两组间均无差异（P＞0.05）。而双通道建立率分别为 60.8%，37.5%；平均术中出血量分别为（ 89±5）ml与（ 71±9）ml。两组间差异均有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论 PCNL在处理有开放肾切开取石病史的肾结石患者时具有安全、高效、可靠的特点，是一线治疗手段。
