摘要:
目的 分析达芬奇机器人手术系统故障发生的原因,试提出应对及预防措施。方法回顾性分析2014 年9 月至2016 年12 月南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院实施的1 000 例机器人辅助泌尿外科手术中出现的故障资料,将1 000 例手术按照时间顺序平均分为5 组,分别统计每组故障数和每组手术的历经天数。结果 1 000 例手术中共出现15 例故障,总故障率为1.5%,其中可修复故障占73.3%(11/15),严重故障占26.7%(4/15)。故障分类包括:机械臂(33.3%)、摄像头(20.0%)、影像系统(20.0%)、电源(13.3%)、床旁车(6.7%)和控制台(6.7%),均为单纯机器人系统故障,未发生手术器械故障。4 例严重故障中,1 例术中发生的摄像头故障,导致手术方式改变;另有3 例故障致使手术推迟。按时间顺序,5 组故障率总体呈先升后降趋势。结论 达芬奇机器人手术系统故障率受手术者和达芬奇机器人这两个主要因素影响,机器人手术系统严重故障少见,但是一旦发生可能会对手术产生较大影响。
