摘要:
目的 总结经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)与汽化电切术(TUVP)的术中、术后近远期并发症,以利今后减少前列腺手术并发症发生,提高手术安全性.方法 回顾性分析我院2007年3月至2012年9月期间收治的150例良性前列腺增生症患者,其中TURP 79例,TVP 71例.分析并比较两组患者术中、术后近期和远期并发症的发生率.结果 两组患者均顺利完成手术,无死亡病例.TURP组和TVP组电切综合征(TURS)3.8%和1.4%(P<0.05),包膜穿孔尿外渗11.4%和8.5%,术后出血3.8%和1.4%,尿路感染3.8%和8.5%,尿道狭窄2.5%和5.6%,膀胱颈挛缩1.3%和0,勃起功能障碍8.9%和4.2%(P<0.05),尿失禁3.8%和2.8%.结论 TURP与TVP均为BPH患者安全而有效的外科治疗方法,应根据临床具体情况进行选择.
