摘要:
目的 检测紧密连接蛋白 Zo-1、Occludin在间质性膀胱炎（ IC）及正常对照组中的表达，研究其表达水平与 IC症状评分之间的关系，探讨它们在 IC发病中可能扮演的角色。方法 采用免疫组化及 Western-blot方法检测 Zo-1及 Occludin在 IC组及对照组膀胱组织细胞中的表达，比较两组表达水平的差异；对每个患者分别进行 O'Leary-Sant间质性膀胱炎症状评分（ ICSI）、问题评分（ ICPI）和盆腔症状（ PUF）评分，评价 Zo-1及 Occludin的表达水平与 IC症状之间的关系，同时分析 ICSI、ICPI、 PUF三者之间的相关性。结果 在 19例对照组膀胱上皮组织的石蜡切片中，可见其阳性染色强，移行上皮层完整，而 15例 IC患者的膀胱上皮组织阳性染色弱到中等，细胞层变薄或者缺失；IC患者的 Zo-1、 Occludin的表达均低于对照组，且其表达水平与患者症状评分呈负相关（ P值均 <0.05）； IC患者中 ICSI与 ICPI、ICPI与 PUF、PUF与 ICSI总分平均值相关系数分别为： 0.801、0.799、0.875（P值均 <0.001）；结论 紧密连接蛋白 Zo-1、Occludin在 IC中呈低表达，并且与 IC症状的严重程度呈负相关；提示 Zo-1、Occludin的表达下调可能在间质性膀胱炎的发病中起到一定的作用。
