摘要:
目的探讨经腹膜后途径，应用自制多通道单孔穿刺器在腹腔镜下输尿管切开取石术的临床应用价值。方法 2012年 3月至 2014年 6月，收治 12例单侧输尿管上段结石患者，其中男 8例，女 4例，采用自制多通道穿刺器，经腹膜后途经行单孔腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术，对该 12例患者的病历资料进行回顾性分析。结果所有 12例手术均获成功，无一例转为传统腹腔镜或开放术式。结石平均长径（ 2.1±2.0）cm，平均手术时间（ 142±15）min，失血量（ 40±8）ml，术后 2例出现尿漏，于术后第 4~5天好转，无其他手术并发症。平均住院时间 7d，12例均获得治愈。结论应用自制多通道单孔穿刺器行腹腔镜下输尿管切开取石术是可行的，操作简单易掌握，不足是所需切口较大，大约 4 cm。
