摘要:
目的 探讨经输尿管镜钬激光碎石治疗引起急性肾衰的输尿管结石的临床疗效及手术技巧.方法 回顾性分析23例采用输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗因输尿管结石导致的急性肾后性肾功能衰竭患者临床资料,分析治疗效果,探讨其安全性和手术技巧.结果 14例双侧输尿管结石及5例孤立肾输尿管结石通过输尿管镜钬激光碎石术一次性碎石成功,2例侧由于输尿管解剖走行原因进镜困难,仅行对侧输尿管结石碎石治疗,2例输尿管上段嵌顿性结石,碎石过程中部分结石移入肾盂.术后4周随访,17例肾功能恢复正常,6例处于氮质血症期,但较术前亦明显好转.结论 经输尿管镜钬激光碎石治疗泌尿外科急症-￣输尿管结石致急性肾衰具有快速、安全、有效、手术打击小、住院时间短等优点,尤其适用于包裹性输尿管结石.可作为输尿管结石导致急性肾衰的首选外科治疗.
