摘要:
目的 比较经尿道绿激光瘢痕汽化与尿道狭窄内切开及电切术治疗尿道狭窄的疗效.方法 分析33例经尿道绿激光瘢痕汽化(A组)和41例尿道狭窄内切开及电切术(B组)治疗尿道狭窄的临床资料.比较两组手术时间、住院时间、手术有效率、并发症的发生率、术后最大尿流率、术后尿道扩张次数的差异.结果 两组间的手术时间、手术有效率和术后最大尿流率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但A组住院时间、手术并发症的发生率、术后尿道扩张的次数显著少于B组(P<0.05).结论 经尿道绿激光瘢痕汽化优于尿道狭窄内切开及电切术治疗尿道狭窄.
