摘要:
目的 探讨改良等离子电极经尿道内切开及切除疤痕组织治疗尿道狭窄的临床可行性、安全性及治疗效果.方法 改良弧形等离子电极成为尖部顶角呈30°-45°的等边三角形电极,调整电极三角平面与电切镜纵轴平面呈0°~45°或根据术中需要调整电极尖部角度、与电切镜纵轴平面角度,联合使用输尿管镜、电切镜等经尿道行尿道狭窄部分窥查、内切开以及等离子切除治疗.结果 本组6例手术全部取得成功,术后平均随访时间13.5个月,1例术后即完全治愈,5例术后配合尿道扩张,随访至今排尿效果满意.结论 经过改良的三角形等离子电极具有能够准确安全打通狭窄通道、灵活调整精细确定所要切开切除的部位及深度等优点,弥补了弧形电极和柱状电极的部分缺点,器械改良简单,手术操作安全,术后效果满意,是腔内微创治疗男性尿道狭窄的一种可行有效的方法.
