摘要:
目的 探讨合并尿路梗阻中晚期前列腺癌的治疗方法.方法 应用经尿道前列腺等离子电切术对合并有后尿道梗阻的23例中晚期前列腺癌进行手术处理,同时联合内分泌治疗,随访观察治疗疗效.结果 23例患者术后尿路梗阻症状得到改善,最大尿流率、剩余尿均较术前明显改善( P<0.01),血清PSA 值由术前平均49.0±20.1ng/ml 下降至术后3个月的平均3.1±1.2ng/ml.未出现严重并发症.结论 对晚期前列腺癌致后尿道梗阻的病人行经尿道前列腺等离子电切是安全有效的姑息性治疗方法,结合内分泌治疗,能有效缓解中晚期前列腺癌所致的尿路梗阻,提高了病人的生活质量,为继续内分泌治疗创造有利条件.
