摘要:
目的 探究DACH2 在肌层浸润性膀胱尿路上皮癌（UCB）中的表达及对预后判断的临床意义。方法 通过免疫组化、Western Blot 和RT-PCR 技术检测伴淋巴结转移和不伴淋巴结转移的肌层浸润性UCB 患者术后标本中的DACH2 的表达情况，分析DACH2 的表达及与患者预后之间的关系，验证DACH2 能否作为独立预测肌层浸润性UCB 预后的分子标记物。结果 免疫组化、WesternBlot 和RT-PCR 结果一致显示，DACH2 在伴淋巴结转移的肌层浸润性UCB 标本中有较高表达，且差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。DACH2 表达与肿瘤高分级相关，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），DACH2 表达与患者无转移生存率和总生存率相关，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 DACH2 可作为一个有潜力的分子标记物指导肌层浸润性UCB 预后的判断。
