摘要:
目的 探讨改良进水方式经电切镜鞘输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石治疗膀胱结石的疗效.方法 在2009年6月至2011年9月我院收治膀胱结石患者共31例.所有患者均使用改良进水方式,经电切镜连续冲洗鞘系统置入输尿管镜,气压弹道将膀胱结石击碎、清除.结果 所有病例均顺利一次取尽结石,术中和术后均未见膀胱穿孔、水中毒等并发症.术后随访6~20个月,平均11.5个月,未见结石复发,无排尿不畅等尿道狭窄症状.结论 改良进水方式经电切镜鞘气压弹道碎石是处理膀胱结石的有效方法,具有操作简便、高效、并发症少、效果确切等优点,值得临床推广应用.
