摘要:
目的探讨在经皮肾镜取石术（ PCNL）中采用 18 G经皮肾穿刺针辅助治疗复杂性肾结石的价值。方法对 66例采用 18 G经皮肾穿刺针辅助 PCNL治疗复杂性肾结石患者和 76例采用标准通道 PCNL术患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究，对比两组术式结石大小、手术时间、失血量与一期结石清除率、并发症发生率等。结果采用 18 G经皮肾穿刺针辅助 PCNL在手术时间、一期结石清除率、手术出血量、术后并发症发生率等方面均优于传统方式（ P＜0.05）。结论 PCNL采用穿刺针辅助治疗复杂性肾结石，有效、安全，可提高复杂性肾结石一期取石率。
