摘要:
目的探讨体质量指数( BMI)对经皮肾镜碎石取石术( PCNL)的手术操作及术后恢复情况的影响。方法回顾性分析 2013年 1月至 2014年 6月于青岛大学附属医院行 PCNL的 160例患者的临床资料,按 BMI分为两组:超重组( BMI≥24 kg/m2)63例,正常体重组( BMl<24 kg/m2)97例,分别比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、结石清除率、术后住院天数、并发症发生等情况。结果两组患者术后住院天数、及术后并发症发生率差异无统计学意义( P>0.05);两组手术时间分别为( 82±26)min和(74±24)min、术中出血量分别为( 141±23)ml和( 126±18)ml,超重组均高于正常体重组,结石清除率分别为 74.6%和 91.8%,超重组低于正常体重组,差异均有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论对于行 PCNL的患者, BMI的增加将增加手术时间、术中出血量,降低结石清除率,而对于术后的恢复及并发症的发
