摘要:
目的 分析腔内双极等离子体治疗尿道狭窄疗效,提高该病的诊疗水平.方法 2004年1月至2008年12月,我院采用腔内双极等离子体治疗尿道狭窄患者27例,均在导丝引导、直视下进行狭窄段瘢痕切除,切除长度0.5～2 cm,术后留置尿管2～6周,拔出尿管后定期尿道扩张.结果 所有病例均一次性手术治愈,无尿道穿孔、假道形成、直肠损伤等并发症,随访6～52个月,均未再出现排尿障碍.结论 腔内双极等离子体手术是治疗尿道狭窄的有效方法.
