摘要:
目的 观察微创经皮肾镜取石术治疗开放手术后的复发肾结石的疗效.方法 回顾性分析2006 年5 月到2010年5 月45 例开放手术后的复发肾结石患者的临床资料,并与同期开展的86 例初治肾结石患者的微创经皮肾取石术作对照研究.结果 45 例观察组患者单通道取石17 例,双通道取石25 例,三通道取石3 例;结石总取净率86.7豫;平均手术时间121依41 min;平均住院时间8.2 d.对照组采用单通道取石54 例,二通道取石28例,三通道手术4例;手术时间113依47 min,平均住院时间7.5 d;结石清除率90.7豫.两组患者手术时间、住院时间及结石总取净率均无显著性差异(P>0.05),对照组采用单通道取石比例高于观察组(P<0.05).结论 微创经皮肾镜取石术是治疗复发性肾结石的有效方法.
