摘要:
目的探讨输尿管封堵器在经皮肾镜手术中的应用。方法自 2012年至 2014年,从云南省昆明市延安医院的患者中选取 66例经皮肾镜手术作为研究对象,均为直径 2 cm以上的单发肾结石,均采用 18 F单通道经皮肾镜碎石取石术( PCNL),其中 31例使用了封堵器,其余 35例采用常规 PCNL手术作为对照。比较两种方法术中碎石清石时间及一期清石率。结果常规 PCNL组与使用封堵器的 PCNL组平均碎石时间分别为( 46.6±11.8)min和( 39.0±12.7)min,两组差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。常规 PCNL组一期清石率为 82.9%(29/35),使用封堵器的 PCNL组一期清石率达 100.0%(31/31),两组差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论 PCNL中使用输尿管封堵器能有效减少碎石清石时间及提高一期清石率。
