摘要:
目的 探讨局麻下二期微通道经皮肾镜取石术的可行性与安全性.方法 2011年4月至2011年10月,采用局麻下二期微创经皮肾镜取石术(MPCNL)治疗肾结石或输尿管上段结石患者42例,分析该方法的临床疗效.结果 42例均获得较好疗效,无严重并发症发生,无一例中转开放手术,无一例需改变麻醉方式.结论 局麻下行二期微通道经皮肾镜取石术麻醉简便,费用低廉,对于某些病例可选择采用.
